I am the owner, lessor or agent of the property listed below. I have complied with the provision of Florida Statute 713.78, 715.05 and or 715.07 which grants me the right under certain conditions, to have removed from said property, a motor vehicle improperly parked thereon; in consideration of the towing/storage company noted here in undertaking to remove and store the vehicle noted above pursuant to said Statutes, I hereby agree to hold said towing/storage company harmless from loss or damage or expense from any claim growing out of such removal.
